  1. TURBOSTE is a program by Greg Carter (dated June 2, 1991).  This simple
  2. AUTO folder program will set your MegaSte into 16mhz/cache on mode
  3. without the need for the Xcontrol.acc.  It probably uses alot less
  4. memory too, I don't know for sure!  It could also be use for boot disk
  5. where you don't want to, or can't use the Xcontrol.acc.
